Agent Spotlight: Tina Williams

Tina Williams is well-known for delivering white-glove service with boutique-style representation to her clients. Notable for her extensive and comprehensive background in marketing, as well as the 17+ published works of literature (including two best sellers) and collegiate studies in interior design, Tina brings a unique and collaborative perspective to luxury real estate. We sat down with Tina Williams and asked twenty questions…





  1. I was born… Long Beach, California, next to the Queen Mary
  2. My favorite thing about Arizona… The landscape
  3. A typical day in my life includes… Selling houses, writing books, and ghost hunting .
  4. I’m listening to… my phone ringing. No don’t put that. A Star is Born soundtrack.,
  5. My family… I have a really tiny family. It’s just my husband and my son. They are the breath to my life.

  1. If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Stephen King.
  2. One thing I cannot live without… besides my family? Chocolate. And Coffee. In equal levels.
  3. When I was younger, I wanted to be… a movie star. Judy Garland, specifically
  4. I’m inspired by… anything good. Music, art, love, animals, movie
  5. The one person who motivates me is… My father, even though he’s not with us anymore. He was my rock, and he taught me I could do whatever I wanted, and not only that, but I could be the best at it. I never want to disappoint him, and he constantly makes me aspire to be the best I can be

  1. If I could change anything in the world, it would be… To get rid of negative Facebook comments. I feel like it’s making the world more bleak.
  2. The perfect day would be… Sleeping in, having breakfast with my husband and son, going to a movie, going shopping, eating a lot of seafood at Ocean Club.
  3. My first job was… I started a business when I was 12 selling puffy paint shirts. They were awful, but people bought them.
  4. My favorite escape… Alaska. It’s just where nature goes to rest, it’s that peaceful. Absolutely addicted.

  1. I’m currently working on… book number 19! It’s about the Armenian Genocide. Not my typical genre, but I’m Armenian, so it’s to raise awareness of the genocide which is still denied by Turkey. It’s narrated by a fourteen year old girl from her grave. It’s called “Tomorrow When I Die”.

  4. Favorite Quote… “Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.”
  5. Biggest Dream… To be a New York Times best seller and a Pulitzer Prize winner in literature. Pretty Lofty. Also to live long enough to see my son grow up. But I think that’s a given.
  6. My perfect home…. Would not just be one. The one here would be one story, on an acre of land. It would have a pool, five bedrooms, cottage-chic look to it, and a beautiful library. And built in espresso machines.
