As a full time realtor, Kevin has been helping his neighbors buy and sell homes in Anthem Country Club. With experience as a club member and homeowner, he is able to understand how to best showcase the many fine amenities and outstanding homes within the community.
Kevin is a multi-million dollar producer. He has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts, a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, and Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management. He studied Law in Japan at the University of Tokyo for a year. He has also owned and sold Subway stores as a Subway Franchisee. He has since left Law and the Subway Franchise to commit fully to his career in Real Estate. He has found that marketing, sales, and negotiating are his passions. Kevin loves to help his clients find a place to call home.
Kevin has discovered that there are many qualities and skills that an excellent real estate professional should have – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, becoming marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are typical features of how he likes to work.
He believes that in order to provide the best service it is all about putting his clients first. Kevin calls this his “client-first” approach. He puts his clients first by being accessible, making sure he listens and communicates well, and is responsive to their needs.
His “client-first” approach requires the desire to always be improving his skills and ways of doing business. He values keeping up with the latest technologies, because he believes that in doing so it will allow him to fine tune and extend the services he provides. This in turn allows Kevin to be able to deliver results timely and effectively for the care of his clients.
