Chuck Wasson has nearly three decades of experience in the real estate industry nearly 30 years ago. Upon starting with Walt Danley in 1987, Chuck led the charge in establishing strong brand recognition through strategic marketing initiatives.
Today, as the chief financial officer (CFO) of Walt Danley Realty, Chuck oversees the budget, payroll, retirement program and accounting for the firm’s agents and staff. In addition to managing the firm’s accounting needs, Walt Danley also relies heavily on Chuck’s expert market research and analysis.
Prior to being in the real estate industry, Chuck respectfully served in the U.S. Army for seven years; serving in Vietnam and Turkey. Chuck worked as a civilian for the U.S. Air Force for fourteen years. Originally from Maine, Chuck moved to Arizona’s sunny climate in 1977 after his service in the military concluded.
As part of Chuck’s commitment to community, he has also been actively involved with charitable organizations such as the Arizona Humane Society, Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS and the Phoenix Heart Ball.
