A Valley resident for over 35 years, Karen Pratte joined the Walt Danley Group after nearly three decades of executive level fundraising for local charities. Originally from Texas, Karen moved to Arizona and soon became an integral Board member for the Arthritis Foundation, Spina Bifida Foundation and Fresh Start Women’s Foundation. Most recently, Karen has served as the Financial Development Director for Phoenix Day and Vice President and Chief Development Officer/ Marketing for Home Base Youth Services. Karen also supports St. Vincent de Paul, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Chrysalis and Our Lady of Solitude Monastery. Though Karen is glad to call Phoenix home she has traveled extensively, aided by her fluency in Spanish which she developed as a young lady growing up in Texas. Her travels have taken her around the world, including a year working in London. Karen has two sons and a granddaughter. Her latest adventure is learning how to golf, which she believes will take her the rest of this lifetime and much of the next.
