A native of London, Roger first ventured to the United States in the late 1970s and was so enthralled by the “land of opportunity” that it was not long before he came back for good. Originally settling along the East Coast, Roger was entrusted to establish an American subsidiary for a British gift and collectible company. An active participant on many industry Boards and tireless salesman, Roger became the company President and Chief Executive Officer, a position he held for nearly 10 years. In this role, Roger oversaw the company’s expansion and listing on the London Stock Exchange. A move to the Pinnacle Peak area of Scottsdale in 1994 once again saw Roger in an entrepreneurial role. He began a new business, consulting to some of Arizona’s leading companies. His skills as an effective communicator, leader and negotiator greatly assisted his clients grow and increased market share.
